Project Management & Development
B5 Collective manage all stages of project development for new and upgraded outdoor playspaces; leisure areas, sports and recreational facilities, skate parks, playgrounds, and fitness circuits, from initial concept and design through to construction and installation of equipment, surfacing, shade sails, landscaping, fencing and outdoor furniture. We prepare tender and grant documentation; defining project scope, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations; and coordinate with architects, designers, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to support procurement and contract management processes, ensuring the effective delivery of projects. We then manage the construction lifecycle and schedule progress, leading project teams, budget management, ensuring works comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards; meet construction specifications and quality assurance standards; and oversee project handover, including post-installation audit and compliance.
